PRO Notes 12.3.2017

Senior Men.

The Committee held their first meeting of the season and was very productive.  The Agenda covered agm items carried forward and future club activity along with planning events in the near future.  A social club night is on the horizon (details tbc) at Buckley’s Bar in Queensbury.  Noreen Buckley recently sponsored the training tops for the Men’s team.  The Club is supporting the Ruislip Development through the purchasing of plaques and would encourage further purchases.  Player’s membership fee is due for the new season and is to be given to Jimmy Wilson and includes 2 tops.

The team played their first game on Sunday and unfortunately lost in a very good game:  NLS 2-08 to Parnells 1-07, with NLS scoring 1-01 in injury time.  Pre-season training continues at Whitmore School, Porlock Ave, Harrow Middx HA2 0AD.  Meeting every Tuesday for the foreseeable future, 7.30pm meet at the pitch next to the school.  Nearest tube is Harrow on the Hill. All new players welcome, please contact Dennis Diggins (07768 352680).
