We are extremely proud that two of our players have joined up with the Senior County Team for 2024-Josh Obahor and Tighe Barry.
Josh was part of the panel in 2023 but has cemented his place in the starting line up this season. Tighe has made the panel and has been an impact sub in the early games as well. Both had committed themselves to intensive pre season training and having played in the Connacht FBD beating Mayo and now look forward to their second National league game facing Tipperary 2.00pm at McGovern Park on the 18th February.
Both are London born and played youth football with London clubs. Josh with Parnells and Tighe with Tara and St. Clarets and joined Parnells in 2023. Both are an integral part of our Senior Mens team and a great example for the players starting their gaelic journey in our Youth Section. We wish them all the best for the rest of the season.
Just recently, London Juniors have returned to training and again we have a number of players currently with the squad: Ryan Forde, Connor Spinks, Frazer Beckles, Eoghan Reilly, Donncha Byrne, Jack Flanagan and Conor Griffin. We wish them well and look forward to hearing updates as the season begins.
