Congratulations to our players who won the League title beating Round Towers 3-10 to 2-10 in McGovern Park, Ruislip. Parnells seized control of the game in the first half and led by 2-07 to 0-05. However, Round Towers came out of the starting blocks faster in the second half converting their scores with Parnells struggling to add to their lead. The scores were level with not long left in the game when Michael Mahony found the net, the goal proved to be the decisive winner. Great to have another trophy for 2024.
There have been many club players involved over all the games which led Parnells reaching the final. Not all were unavailable on the day of the final but there were still 23 players who togged out.
